I consulted with Dr. Shakti, during rehab on my 4th Metatarsal injury and the time bound nature of getting back (upcoming high altitude trek less than 25 days). Dr Shakti is very present and throughly assesses, she helped me see that the actual rootcause of such injuries is stability imbalances (which we also assessed on entire lower body anatomy) and flexion. We worked on releasing knots around hip section and I could instantaneously see the effect on stretches such as soccer stretch.
